Verda Elementary School, Montgomery, LA.
NRS was invited to provide emergency mitigation consulting services for the gymnasium at Verda Elementary School that was damaged during freeze event Uri in 2021. We met the consulting company that the insurance provider dispatched and did a side by side walk through and comparison of structure damage and came to a verbal agreement of scope while onsite that was latter confirmed via individual reports provided to the Parish school board.
Grant Parish School Board, Colfax, LA.
The entire property portfolio of the Parish school board was affected by Hurricane Laura. NRS was called into provide emergency mitigation consulting services to assure that all structure drying services were indeed being performed to IICRC standards and to make further recommendations regarding mold remediation.

Due to our industry experience NRS was asked to provide emergency mitigation consulting for this registered historical religious institution by the insurance appraiser. NRS utilized IR camera technology to determine the scope of repair work along side the general contractor and made specific recommendations regarding unique building materials mitigation.

This 90,000 SF, 2 story structure was severely damaged during Hurricane Zeta and suffered top down water intrusion throughout the structure. NRS was dispatched to provide structure drying consulting, moisture mapping services and to provide recommendations regarding asbestos abatement.
